But for me, personally, it didn’t ring true.ĭerekica tried, much too hard, to make us see that the MC has no GOOD and BAD choices. There might be some saintly brothers out there. The book revolves around an unrealistically altruistic main character (MC) who does things I don’t think anyone out there would subject themselves to due to ‘brother duties’. Derekica Snake is the literary equivalent of Rebecca Black’s Friday. Why not listen below, it sets the mood for this review…the lyrics suck as much as Derekica’s words… That people can read and enjoy this thing is shocking to me and clear evidence of literary deterioration. She apparently specializes in monstrosities, she also wrote Tentacles For The Bride’s Bouquet. Practically every other book I have come across is superior to this monstrosity. In fact it was so damn terrible I almost quit the M/M genre altogether. And I mean that on ALL fronts: characters, plots, conflicts, resolution, spelling, grammar, marketing gimmick. This, without a shred of doubt, was the absolute worst book I have ever read.
